"Hello, this is Philip from Brighton. I'd like to know who orders the trousers in Mark's and Spencers in Brighton because they obviously don't know the demographics of the British population. There're no trousers in small sizes and no trousers in my size but there's an absolute glut of ___ feathers size 32 waist with 31 length leg. How many people are there with that ___ size. Why did you buy so many pairs of trousers in that size and not more trousers in my size. You obviously don't know what you're doing cos it's stuck with millions or pairs of trousers you don't need and loads of other people who are a disappointed. Can't you get your sums right mate?
